Job Description

As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will design, build, and maintain full-stack applications using modern frameworks and cloud infrastructure. You'll deliver production-ready code, collaborate asynchronously with a global team, and take ownership of features from concept to deployment.

The Qualifications We Seek

Experience & Technical Skills

• 1 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React/TSX
• Experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services)
• Experience with Docker and containerization
• Experience with PostgreSQL
• Mid-level experience with a track record of clean, production-grade code

Highly Desired

• Experience with Lovable, Vercel, and/or Supabase
• CI/CD pipeline implementation experience
• Data pipeline and ETL experience
• Fintech or financial services industry exposure
• Startup environment experience
• Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity

• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Self-directed and accountable, comfortable working independently
• Ability to learn new tools and platforms quickly using documentation
• Comfortable working in remote, asynchronous environments

Your Daily Tasks

• Develop production-grade applications across backend, frontend, and integrations
• Build and maintain features using Python and JavaScript/TypeScript (React/TSX)
• Deploy and manage AWS infrastructure, containers, and PostgreSQL databases
• Work with modern platforms including Lovable, Vercel, and Supabase
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and integrate external APIs from documentation
• Create and maintain data-cleaning pipelines
• Deliver features on time using pragmatic iteration
• Proactively communicate blockers and ask clarifying questions early
