We are establishing a new internal engineering team responsible for building and evolving core web platforms and automations that support internal business units across Deloitte.

The team owns end-to-end platform development, from architecture and design to deployment, scalability, and long-term maintenance. Our systems emphasize security, reliability, and excellent user experience, supporting complex internal workflows and regulatory processes.

#AboutYourRole

As a Senior Full-Stack Web Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping the technical direction of internal platforms while remaining strongly hands-on. You will design scalable architectures, contribute to key technical decisions, and help establish engineering best practices, while also mentoring junior engineers and collaborating closely with business stakeholders.

#KeyResponsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure web applications end-to-end
• Lead and contribute to backend architecture using modern Python frameworks
• Drive frontend architecture and implementation with a focus on usability and maintainability
• Translate business and operational requirements into robust technical solutions
• Participate in architectural decisions related to APIs, data models, and integrations
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, guidance, and knowledge sharing
• Ensure high standards for code quality, performance, security, and reliability.

#RequiredSkills

• 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack or backend-focused web development
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical & Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Strong experience with Python and frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask
• Strong experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Proven experience designing RESTful APIs and service-based systems
• Solid understanding of Docker, Git, and modern development workflows
• Ownership-driven, production-first approach with attention to long-term maintainability.

#PreferedSkills:

• Experience building internal platforms or workflow-based systems
• Familiarity with authentication, authorization, and role-based access control
• Exposure to security- or compliance-sensitive applications
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
