We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer who can build and maintain modern web applications using
PHP, Node.js, and Next.js.
The ideal candidate can work independently, understand business requirements, solve technical
problems, and use AI tools effectively without depending entirely on generated code.

Responsibilities

• Build responsive web applications using Next.js, React, and TypeScript
• Develop backend APIs using Node.js or PHP/Laravel
• Integrate databases, third-party APIs, and external services
• Implement authentication, roles, permissions, and secure file uploads
• Fix bugs, improve performance, and maintain existing applications
• Write tests and technical documentation
• Support deployment, monitoring, and server maintenance
• Use AI tools for coding, debugging, testing, and documentation

Required Skills

• Next.js, React, and TypeScript
• Node.js with Express, NestJS, Fastify, or similar frameworks
• PHP and Laravel
• REST API development
• PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MariaDB
• Git and GitHub/GitLab
• HTML, CSS, and responsive web development
• Authentication and authorization
• Basic application security
• Linux, Docker, and deployment fundamentals

AI Development Skills

Candidates should be comfortable using tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or
Codex.
The developer must be able to:
• Review and understand AI-generated code
• Detect incorrect or insecure output
• Test generated solutions before implementation
• Avoid sharing credentials or sensitive data with AI tools
• Explain and maintain all submitted code

Preferred Experience

• Booking or management systems
• AI chatbot or automation development
• Payment gateway integration
• Real-time chat or WebSocket systems
• CI/CD and cloud deployment
• Redis, queues, and background jobs

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 years of full-stack development experience
• Experience building production web applications
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Portfolio or examples of previous work

Technical Assessment

Shortlisted candidates are required to complete a practical technical assessment.

The assessment may evaluate:
• Next.js frontend development
• Node.js and PHP backend development
• API and database implementation
• Code structure and maintainability
• Validation, error handling, and security
• Testing and documentation
• Problem-solving ability
• Proper use and review of AI-generated code

Candidates must be able to explain all submitted code and may be asked to modify or discuss parts
of the solution during the interview.
