Role Description This full-time, on-site Full-stack Developer role is based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining web applications across both front-end and back-end layers, ensuring performance, security, and scalability. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing user interfaces, building and integrating APIs, working with databases, and collaborating with designers, product managers, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. The Full-stack Developer will review and optimize existing code, participate in code reviews, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and contribute to architectural decisions and technical documentation. The role also includes staying current with best practices in software development and supporting continuous integration and deployment workflows.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Front-End Development and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) to build responsive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces.
• Candidates should possess solid skills in Back-End Web Development and Software Development to design robust server-side logic, work with APIs, and manage data persistence.
