For our client, we are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will own end-to-end product development across frontend and backend systems, with a strong emphasis on building reliable, customer-facing experiences. You will translate customer needs into practical technical designs, work closely with cross-functional partners, and help ensure solutions are both scalable and easy to maintain. The position also calls for strong technical judgment, a focus on operational quality, and the ability to mentor teammates while improving engineering practices.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $163,000 – $224,070 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of end-to-end initiatives across frontend and backend
• Develop user experiences with TypeScript and React; backend services using Go or Python
• Translate customer needs into technical designs and incremental delivery plans
• Own the entire lifecycle from design to operational support and iteration
• Collaborate across teams to balance usability, performance, and reliability
• Establish best practices for maintainability and developer experience
• Enhance observability and participate in incident response when necessary
• Mentor teammates to improve technical judgment and product instincts
  
  

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience building and maintaining production web applications
• Proven track record leading complex frontend and backend projects
• Strong experience with frontend frameworks like React and typed languages like TypeScript
• Backend expertise with APIs and production services, preferably in Go
• Sound technical judgment across various architectural and performance tradeoffs
• Strong connection of technical decisions to customer outcomes and business goals
• Experience in mentoring and improving team practices
