Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of professional ReactJS development experience in enterprise or federal settings.
- Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for back-end API development and integration.
- Experience with enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems, including SSO, OAuth2, SAML, OIDC, and RBAC.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards for web applications.
- Active IRS Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) clearance is required.
- Strong understanding of web security, usability testing, and accessibility validation processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain the Developer Portal's front-end, including features such as a searchable API catalog, documentation display, usage guides, and access request workflows.
- Create a responsive, Section 508-compliant UI that ensures accessibility for all users across devices and platforms.
- Integrate the portal front-end with enterprise IAM systems, enabling secure and seamless authentication and authorization processes.
- Collaborate with back-end teams to integrate portal functionalities with automation workflows built by KP2.
- Perform comprehensive testing, including usability, functional, regression, and security validations, to ensure portal capabilities meet all requirements and standards.
- Validate all portal deliverables against Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 standards prior to government acceptance.
- Maintain documentation of development processes, configurations, and system updates.
- Participate in project planning and provide technical expertise to ensure timely delivery of features and improvements.
