Role Description This is a remote, contract Software Engineer role focused on building and maintaining systems that embed AI-driven organizational intelligence into client infrastructures. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and implementing back-end services and APIs, developing scalable software components, and integrating automation logic aligned with business workflows.

The Software Engineer will collaborate with architects and product stakeholders to translate process designs into robust technical solutions, perform code reviews, and ensure reliability, security, and performance. The role also involves troubleshooting issues, optimizing existing services, and contributing to technical documentation and implementation standards.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including core concepts such as data structures, algorithms, and systems design.
• Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Programming, with experience building APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and modern software engineering practices (testing, version control, CI/CD).
• Comfort working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) to deliver scalable, reliable applications.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and navigate ambiguous requirements.
• Experience with AI/ML integration, automation workflows, or enterprise systems is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
