We're looking for a React Front-End Engineer to join our team and play a key role in designing, building, and scaling modern web applications. You'll work alongside product managers, designers, and backend engineers to create high-performance, accessible, and maintainable user interfaces that serve a large-scale digital platform.

What You'll Do

• Design and deliver scalable, user-facing features from concept through production.
• Collaborate closely with API and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Drive quality through testing standards, CI/CD improvements, observability, and debugging practices.
• Optimise application performance, including rendering efficiency, bundle size, and Core Web Vitals.

What We're Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of professional front-end development experience
• 3+ years of hands-on React development experience
• Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
• Good understanding of React internals and modern React patterns
• Experience with state management solutions and front-end architecture
• CSS and responsive design skills
• Experience integrating REST APIs and modern web services
• Testing experience (Jest, React Testing Library, or equivalent)

• Good communication and collaboration abilities
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
