About The Role
We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our remote team, with hybrid availability in Nashua, NH, and Springfield, MO. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing enterprise-level business solutions tailored to our clients' needs. Your responsibilities will encompass designing, developing, and deploying applications, integrating data systems, and supporting pre-sales activities. You will collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and sales teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects that align with client expectations and technical standards. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field, complemented by 3-5 years of experience in software development, architecture, and design. Proficiency in .NET technologies, including C# or VB.NET, is essential, along with experience working with relational databases such as MS SQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle. Strong knowledge of front-end technologies like JavaScript, HTML5, AJAX, and jQuery is required. Familiarity with web services protocols such as WCF, REST, and SOAP, as well as experience with JSON, XML, and CSV data formats, is necessary. Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and a willingness to learn new technologies. Industry experience in manufacturing, engineering, or mechanical design, along with a solid understanding of business processes within these sectors, will be highly advantageous.
Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include developing applications and integrations based on client specifications, ensuring adherence to established system architecture. You will research and evaluate emerging technologies for potential implementation, create comprehensive delivery packages, and develop detailed documentation for applications and user guides. Participating in client discovery sessions, you will gather and refine requirements, contributing to project scope and solution architecture alongside project managers and technical leads. You will assist in drafting Statements of Work (SOW), translating client needs into clear technical deliverables. Throughout the project lifecycle, you will collaborate proactively with clients and team members, providing guidance to junior developers when necessary. Supporting pre-sales activities such as client demos and Q&A sessions will be part of your role, helping to showcase our solutions’ capabilities and value. Additionally, you will contribute to refining project best practices and stay current with industry trends to recommend innovative solutions that enhance our service offerings.
