We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong capabilities in both frontend and backend development, able to understand our current architecture and business objectives, then translate them into

scalable technical solutions. The ideal candidate is comfortable communicating with stakeholders across teams, prioritizing tasks, and delivering robust integrations with internal and third-party systems.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end features across frontend and backend systems.
• Build and maintain web applications and services.
• Develop responsive and maintainable frontend components with modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Develop secure, scalable backend APIs and services for business-critical workflows.
• Integrate third-party services such as:

- VIDA (digital identity / e-sign / verification services)

- Payment Gateway

- Meta integrations and other external/internal APIs.

• Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices across applications.
• Troubleshoot and optimize application performance, reliability, and usability.
• Collaborate with Product, DevOps, and cross-functional teams to deliver business requirements.
• Support release processes with Git-based workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation (architecture, API specs, integration flow, runbook).

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong hands-on experience in both frontend and backend development.
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frontend frameworks (React/Vue/Next.js or similar).
• Strong backend development experience (Node.js/NestJS/Express, or equivalent stack), including REST API design and implementation.
• Experience with database design and optimization (SQL/NoSQL).
• Strong experience in integrating third-party services.
• Good understanding of secure coding practices, API security, and data protection.
• Familiar with microservices or modular service architecture.
• Proficient with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
• Immediate joiners or candidates available to join within one month are preferred.
