Software Developer - Melbourne (Inner Eastern suburbs) - $140k to $160k plus super - 4 days office, 1 day WFH

A national industrial construction business with a strong track record and steady growth across two related entities. You will be the sole developer, but not on your own - a proper handover, ongoing support from the business, and genuine high ownership from day one. If you want to fully own a platform the whole business relies on, this is worth a conversation.

The role

• Full stack development on a well documented Laravel and Vue platform - no pressure to stick to the current stack, room to bring in new frameworks over time
• Own integrations, automation and AI assisted workflows, including invoice processing
• Structured handover and shadowing period, with continued support from operations and leadership once you're in seat
• Work closely with finance and operations stakeholders on real business problems

The person

• Mid-Senior level developer - Full Stack JavaScript or TypeScript welcome
• Quick to pick up new frameworks and tools without needing deep prior experience in each
• Strong communicator, comfortable translating business needs into working solutions
• Comfortable being the sole technical owner, backed by a business that stays engaged, not one that disappears after handover
