About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Staff Software Engineer to lead the design and development of scalable, cloud-native applications for innovative FinTech and SaaS platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end software design, development, and deployment.
• Drive architecture and development using C#, .NET Core, and React.
• Design and build scalable microservices-based applications.
• Deploy and manage cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure using Kubernetes.
• Optimize application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
• Mentor developers and drive engineering best practices.

Requirements

• 9+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in C# and .NET Core.
• Experience building frontend applications using React.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud-native architecture.
• Hands-on experience with microservices and Kubernetes.
• Experience with REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, CI/CD, and system design.
• Proven technical leadership, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

Experience in FinTech, payroll software, SaaS platforms, and AI/ML integration.
