About The Role
We are seeking a skilled mid-level Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team at GrabJobs. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing a next-generation document processing and automation platform tailored for the legal marketing industry. This is a hands-on position focused on building, enhancing, and maintaining production-level software applications. Working closely with our Architect, you will help develop scalable applications, automate workflows, and deliver high-quality solutions that directly serve our clients' needs. The role requires a proactive builder with strong software engineering fundamentals, experience with AI-native workflows, and a bias toward execution. You will be instrumental in supporting our platform’s growth and ensuring it remains robust, scalable, and efficient.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in full-stack development, with proficiency in React and TypeScript for front-end development and Python for backend services. You should demonstrate a strong understanding of software engineering principles, including writing clean, modular, and maintainable code. Experience with AWS cloud services such as Lambda, Step Functions, Textract, Bedrock, and CloudFormation is essential, or equivalent experience with Azure or GCP. Familiarity with building and maintaining production-grade applications is required, along with experience using AI-assisted development tools to accelerate productivity. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and professional proficiency in English are also necessary. Preferred qualifications include experience with multi-tenant SaaS architectures, document processing, workflow automation, AI-powered applications, and relevant AWS certifications.
