About The Role

We are currently seeking talented and motivated professionals for multiple roles including Java Developer and React Developer to join our dynamic team based in Wilmington, DE. The Java Developer role focuses on designing, developing, and deploying scalable cloud-native applications leveraging AWS services, with a potential exposure to AI/ML technologies to enhance system intelligence. The React Developer position involves building modern, high-performance web applications utilizing React.js, with additional familiarity in backend integrations and frameworks like Octagon. Both roles require a proactive approach, strong technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet client needs and project objectives.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of three years of professional experience in Java development is required, along with two years of hands-on experience working with AWS cloud services for the Java role. For the React Developer position, at least three years of experience in building scalable web applications with React.js is essential, along with familiarity with backend frameworks like Octagon. Proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6), RESTful APIs, version control (Git), and understanding of microservices architecture are necessary. Additional skills such as exposure to AI/ML frameworks, containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) are considered advantageous.

Responsibilities

The Java Developer will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining robust applications using Java and related frameworks such as Spring Boot and Hibernate. They will design and implement cloud-based solutions utilizing AWS services like EC2, Lambda, S3, and RDS, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, they will contribute to architectural decisions, adopt best practices for cloud-native development, and explore AI/ML integrations to enhance product features.

The React Developer will develop and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications that deliver seamless user experiences. They will work closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to implement clean, reusable code, troubleshoot issues, and optimize application performance. The role also involves integrating frontend components with backend services, staying updated with emerging technologies, and contributing to continuous improvement in development processes.
