Main Role

The Senior Full-Stack Engineer builds the team's products end-to-end, from backend services to frontend interfaces. You work shoulder-to-shoulder with the Technical Lead to turn designs into shipped, well-tested software, integrate with enterprise and third-party systems, and use AI-assisted development tooling to ship quickly without sacrificing quality. You own your work from ticket to production and help keep the system reliable.

Key Responsibilities & Activities

• Build production features end-to-end: backend services and frontend interfaces.
• Integrate with enterprise and third-party systems.
• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with the Technical Lead to turn designs into shipped, well-tested software.
• Use AI-assisted development tooling to ship faster without sacrificing quality.
• Own your work from ticket to production: write tests, review peers' code, and help keep the system reliable.

Primary Requirement

• ~5+ years building and shipping full-stack web applications in production.
• Strong in at least one backend language (Go, Python, or Node.js) and a modern frontend framework (React / TypeScript).
• Comfortable with relational databases, REST/GraphQL APIs, and integrating third-party systems.
• Cloud deployment experience (AWS or GCP) and familiarity with CI/CD.
• Good communication in English & Bahasa and a collaborative, ownership mindset.

Nice to Have

• Experience building AI/LLM-powered product features.
• Domain exposure in fintech, e-commerce, or messaging.
• A non-CS background paired with strong hands-on engineering is welcome.
