About The Role

We are hiring a Frontend Engineer for a premier international digital agency that has led the digital sector for over 30 years. In this role, you will be part of an elite group of 150 UX consultants and developers providing high-performance digital solutions for global brands like Nike, Samsung, and Coca Cola.

You will focus on building sophisticated, interactive web applications with a heavy emphasis on "Pixel perfect" implementation and advanced motion graphics. Responsibilities

• Frontend Development: Design and build responsive, reusable UI components and architectures using React.js.

• Publishing & Markup: Implement Pixel-perfect HTML/CSS markup adhering to web standards, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.

• Data Integration: Execute seamless integration with backend RESTful APIs and manage global states (Redux, Zustand, React Query).

• Dynamic UI Implementation: Create smooth, high-end interactions using CSS, JavaScript, or animation libraries (Framer Motion, GSAP).

• Optimization: Collaborate with designers and backend teams to optimize frontend rendering performance.

Requirements

1. Core Technical Skills

• 3 years of professional frontend development experience.

• Deep understanding of React.js and efficient component state/data binding.

• Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+) with a focus on Semantic Web.

• Strong ability to implement complex web interactions and animations (Portfolio required).

2. System & Logic Skills

• Logical thinking and self-directed problem-solving capabilities.

• Commitment to high-quality, meticulous UI implementation.

3. Communication & Work Style

• Experience or interest in working within a global project environment.

• Ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Planners, UX Designers, Backend).

Nice to have

• Proficiency in TypeScript and static type-based development.

• Experience with SSR/SSG frameworks such as Next.js.

• High level of insight into UI/UX trends and web performance tuning.

• Ability to communicate in English (Intermediate)
