We are seeking a senior engineer to lead end-to-end product development, design scalable backend systems using Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, and GCP, and shape engineering architecture and best practices in an AI-native environment.

Responsibilities include owning features, guiding engineering standards, mentoring colleagues in AI workflows, communicating with customers to refine user experience, and driving architectural decisions that enhance AI-assisted development velocity.

Ideal candidates have 2–6 years of full-stack experience, a strong understanding of backend development, and deep expertise in AI coding tools like Claude Code. They should be resourceful, capable of working independently in ambiguous settings, and possess strong system thinking.

Technical skills valued include AI agentic development, API design, system scalability, and experience verifying AI-generated code. Bonus points for autonomous agent experience, AI image/video generation, UI skills, startup background, leadership, and contributions to open-source projects.
