We’re hiring Full-Stack Developers in Sri Lanka. 🇱🇰

Blue Ocean Strategic Partners is looking for experienced developers for long-term, full-time, 100% remote positions.

We’re looking for people with approximately 3–7 years of experience and exposure to:

• Python

• Django, Flask, or FastAPI

• React / JavaScript

• REST APIs & system integrations

• SQL / PostgreSQL

• Azure or other cloud platforms

• Business process automation

What matters most to us is how you think and solve problems.

We are looking for programmers who use code to automate real business processes — connecting systems, eliminating repetitive work, building applications, and solving operational problems.

This is not primarily an RPA / UiPath / Automation Anywhere role.

If you enjoy building practical solutions with Python, APIs, databases, React, and cloud technology, we would like to hear from you.
