Role Description This full-time, on-site IT Programmer role is based in Surabaya. The IT Programmer will design, develop, test, and maintain software
applications and internal systems that support shipping and logistics operations. Daily tasks include writing clean and efficient code, troubleshooting system and application issues, providing
technical support to internal users, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements. The role also involves updating existing systems, ensuring
data integrity and
security, documenting
technical processes, and contributing to continuous improvement of IT
infrastructure and tools.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Information Technology and a solid understanding of IT infrastructure and systems.
- Candidates should possess skills in Programming and Software Development, including experience with relevant languages, frameworks, and databases.
- Candidates should possess troubleshooting skills to diagnose, analyze, and resolve software and system issues efficiently.
- Candidates should possess Technical Support skills to assist users, respond to incidents, and ensure smooth system operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain environments is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Surabaya, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Good communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to learning new technologies and tools.
