Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to support the development of internal and client-facing HR technology solutions, with strong experience in building ATS , HRIS , and ERP systems. This is an on-site, full-time role, ideal for experienced developers who can independently deliver scalable and efficient systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain full-stack web applications (frontend and backend)
• Build and customize ATS, HRIS, and ERP modules
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend architecture
• Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces
• Work with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar
• Ensure system performance, security, and scalability
• Collaborate with the team to define technical requirements and deliver project milestones
• Debug, test, and optimize applications

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Strong experience in ATS, HRIS, or ERP system development
• Proficiency in frontend development using React
• Strong backend development skills using Node.js
• Experience with database design and management
• Solid understanding of system architecture and SaaS platforms
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
