🚀 [Hiring] Middle Fullstack Developer (WordPress + Python) | Full-time, Hybrid in HCMC 🇳🇱🇻🇳

Are you an experienced engineer who loves tackling complex architectural transitions?

I am building the core engineering team for Quality Realty, an early-stage AI-native Dutch SaaS startup. We are developing the Quality Realty Marketplace (QRM)—a voice-first platform connecting realtors, clients, and vendors.

🛠 The Challenge: We are currently executing a strangler-fig migration. Live revenue runs on a customized WordPress plugin, and we are incrementally building robust Python/FastAPI services to transition our architecture without breaking live tenant workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the production WordPress plugin (PHP) and the versioned REST API (/wp-json/qr/v3) with strict backward compatibility.
• Build and maintain new Python microservices via FastAPI (e.g., Contract Intelligence, AI gateway routes).
• Integrate external services: Anthropic (Claude), Stripe Connect, and prep WebSocket proxying for Grok Voice Agent.
• Implement secure multi-tenant isolation across MySQL and PostgreSQL databases.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of experience owning end-to-end features on a live SaaS product.
• Strong hands-on experience with PHP and WordPress plugin development (hooks, custom tables).
• Solid experience building REST APIs in Python (FastAPI preferred).
