Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated Fresher/Junior Full-stack Developer (PERN Stack) with expertise in the PERN tech stack to join our team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects and contribute to cutting-edge development solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience and be proficient in full-stack development.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using the PERN (PostgresDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) stack.
• Collaborate with the team to design, implement, and deploy functional solutions.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality code and smooth performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance your skill set.

Requirements: 

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in web development OR Fresher with outstanding personal/graduation projects (End-to-End) showcasing equivalent technical capability.
• Candidates must have a relevant bachelor’s degree in a field such as Computer Science, MIS, Data Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in the PERN tech stack (PostgresDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• A strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good English communication.
• Ready to learn new technologies.

Additional Qualifications (A Plus):

• Experienced in or ready to learn Next.js framework and Python.
• Previous contributions to open-source projects or personal projects that showcase your skills.

Salary: Competitive / Negotiation.

Time: Full-time (Office hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday - Friday).
