Join Power Commerce — We're Hiring Across Our Web Delivery Team (Junior / Mid / Senior)

We are looking for passionate and detail-oriented developers at junior, mid, and senior levels to join our team, with experience in Adobe AEM, WordPress, Shopify, or Shopline development. We're scaling up for a multi-year enterprise engagement alongside our e-commerce work, and we're hiring for various roles — frontend and full-stack AEM developers first, with openings across content, QA, analytics, and delivery management. You'll work closely with our design, backend, and product teams to build responsive, user-friendly, and visually polished websites used by millions.

Levels

  • Junior — you've built real websites (school, freelance, or first job counts), you know HTML/CSS/JavaScript well, and you're hungry to learn a serious platform. We'll train you on AEM and our AI-native workflow.
  • Mid — 2–5 years shipping production work on at least one of our platforms. You own your tickets end to end and don't need someone holding the diff open for you.
  • Senior — 5+ years, deep platform expertise, and you've made the architecture call before. You can mentor without making people feel small.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain high-quality, responsive websites on Adobe AEM as a Cloud Service, WordPress, Shopify, and Shopline.
  • Build and customize AEM components, editable templates, and content fragments (HTL/Sightly), and customize themes, plugins, and templates on WordPress, Shopify, and Shopline.
  • Work closely with designers to implement pixel-perfect UI while ensuring an optimal user experience.
  • Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and manage data flow between frontend and backend.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve frontend issues, ensuring high performance, Core Web Vitals health, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Implement best practices for accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA), usability, and SEO — built in during development, not patched after release.
  • Use AI-assisted development tools as part of your daily workflow — we run an agentic, AI-native delivery model and will train you on it.
  • Stay up to date with the latest frontend and platform advancements and apply them to ongoing projects.
  • (Senior) Review code, mentor teammates, and contribute to architecture and standards.

Requirements:

  • Web development experience appropriate to your level — from strong personal/freelance projects (Junior) to proven production work on at least one of: Adobe AEM, WordPress, Shopify, or Shopline (Mid/Senior). AEM experience is strongly preferred for senior positions.
  • Solid HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+); TypeScript a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with templating languages such as HTL (Sightly), Liquid, or Handlebars — or the ability to pick one up quickly (Junior).
  • Familiarity with React, or willingness to learn and work with it.
  • Experience with Git and version control workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a focus on delivering high-quality work on time.
  • Good communication skills in English.

Nice to Have (Bonus Points):

  • Adobe certifications (Certified Professional, Expert, or Master) — a real plus.
  • AEM backend experience: Java, Sling Models, OSGi, Dispatcher configuration.
  • Familiarity with Redux or GraphQL.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices for frontend development.
  • Experience with performance optimization techniques (lazy loading, image optimization, caching strategy).
  • Experience with GA4/GTM, Adobe Target, or BigCommerce.
