GoGrow is looking for an experienced full-stack engineer to join our team and work directly with our US-based clients. You'll own features end to end, from database to UI, and act as a technical point of contact in client meetings.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain full-stack features using Ruby on Rails (backend) and React (frontend)
• Take ownership of projects from planning through delivery
• Join meetings with US clients to discuss requirements, progress, and technical trade-offs
• Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code and help uphold engineering standards

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of professional experience as a full-stack engineer
• Strong hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails and React
• Excellent spoken and written English, you'll be communicating with clients directly
• A responsible, self-driven approach; someone we can trust to own their work
• Clear communication and the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical people

Nice to have

• Experience leading teams or projects
• Experience working with remote/international clients
