Role Description The IT Specialist role at Yallah Spa يلا سبا is a full-time, Remote position. The IT Specialist (Frontend/Backend developer with UI/UX skills.The IT Specialist will collaborate closely with management and customer service teams to ensure that technology supports seamless, high-quality experiences for both clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities

● Design and develop responsive, interactive, and user-friendly web interfaces.

● Translate UI/UX designs and concepts into high-quality, functional front-end applications.

● Ensure excellent user experience by understanding customer needs, user behavior, and usability best practices.

●Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver engaging digital experiences.

●Create clean, maintainable, and efficient front-end code.

●Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.

●Contribute creative ideas to improve the usability, functionality, and visual appeal of products.

●Create and design user interfaces, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using Figma.

●Manage tasks effectively and consistently meet project deadlines.

●Collaborate with back-end developers and integrate APIs and back-end services when needed.

Required Qualifications and Skills

●Strong experience in front-end development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, and Next.js, with a strong focus on Next.js.

●Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, user-centered design, usability, and interaction design.

●Hands-on experience with Figma, including the ability to independently create professional UI/UX designs, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.

●Strong awareness of customer experience and the ability to translate user needs into effective digital solutions.

●Experience building responsive, accessible, and intuitive user interfaces.

●Ability to evaluate user journeys and identify opportunities to improve the overall experience.

●Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership of tasks.

●Good communication and collaboration skills.

●A strong commitment to quality, responsibility, and meeting deadlines.

● Languages: Arabic & English (Fluent in speaking and writing.)

● 5 plus years of experience.

● Experience with UI/UX design tools such as Adobe XD.

● Familiarity with usability testing, wireframing, prototyping, and design systems.

● Some back-end development experience and an understanding of APIs, databases, and server-side technologies.

● Knowledge of front-end performance optimization and web accessibility standards.
