We build custom software for our clients — in a small team, without an office and without corporate overhead. You work from home and own real tickets from your first sprint onward.

The setup: 100% remote

We don't have an office. None of us does. That is freedom and obligation at the same time:

Our working hours are CET/CEST, roughly 8am–5pm. Whether you're in Passau or Vancouver — you are reachable and working synchronously with us in that window. While work ours are generally a free choice, the majority of the team works regular CET hours.

Remote does not mean alone. It means you speak up when you're stuck, early, not on Friday afternoon.

You structure your own day. Nobody looks over your shoulder and nobody reminds you about deadlines, if you can't reach a deadline, it is your responsibility to let the team know in time.

We collaborate via Slack, Jira, Confluence and Google Meet.

What you'll do:

Implement your own tickets based on requirement and architecture documents

Build and integrate features across our stack (Node.js, Vite, Vue/React, SQL)

Write clean, traceable code and document your interfaces

Debug UI, API and database issues systematically

Give proactive status updates to the team

Frontend: semantic HTML5, modern CSS3 (responsive, Flexbox, Grid), vanilla JS and the DOM, first hands-on experience with Vue.js or React.

Backend: at least one backend language (Node.js/JavaScript, Python, Java, Go), REST principles, HTTP and status codes, relational data modelling.

Full-Stack: solid fundamentals on both sides and the appetite to go deeper in both directions.

What you need to bring:

A solid foundation in at least one programming language — modularisation, asynchronicity and error handling are familiar ground

Confident use of Git (branching, merging, pull requests)

Fundamentals of REST, HTTP and client-server architecture

Database fundamentals (SQL, e.g. PostgreSQL or MySQL)

German or English at B2/C1 level or above — our company language is German; within the development team we work in English where needed

Willingness to work reliably in CET/CEST

You're enrolled (computer science or related) or close to graduating

Nice to have:

Vue.js or React (state management, component architecture) · Vite, Webpack, npm/nvm · Express, Django or Spring · NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) · Docker · unit, integration or E2E testing (Jest, Cypress) · authentication (JWT, sessions) · CI/CD basics · UI/UX or SEO fundamentals

What actually matters to us:

Technical gaps can be closed. What we can't train is the way you work: asking early, flagging blockers immediately, owning your ticket and getting productive from a written document on your own. If that's you, apply even if not every bullet above is ticked.
