About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our talented team at Winsor Consulting. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable web applications that meet our clients' needs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong engineering background, a passion for writing clean, well-tested code, and a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions. You will take ownership of features from conception to deployment, collaborating closely with design, product, and other development teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance. Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. A minimum of 5 years of full-stack development experience is required, with demonstrated proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript. Advanced knowledge of React, including hooks, context, performance optimization, and ecosystem tooling, is essential. Experience with Next.js or Remix for server-side rendering and full-stack React architectures is highly desirable. Candidates should have a solid understanding of building and consuming RESTful and GraphQL APIs, as well as experience with authentication and authorization protocols such as OAuth2, OIDC, and SSO. Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, GCP) is also required. Preferred skills include advanced TypeScript knowledge, micro-frontend architectures, AI API integration, and familiarity with Kubernetes and semantic search technologies.

Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Developer at Winsor Consulting, your core responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining scalable web applications using TypeScript and JavaScript across the full stack, ensuring high performance, security, and usability.
• Creating component-driven user interfaces with React, utilizing hooks, React Query, React Router, and various state management libraries to deliver intuitive and accessible UI experiences.
• Writing type-safe, well-documented code on both client and server sides, adhering to best practices for code quality, testing, and performance optimization.
• Building and consuming RESTful and GraphQL APIs, integrating front-end components with backend services and third-party systems.
• Architecting end-to-end solutions by translating business requirements into technical designs, data flows, and system architectures.
• Evaluating and recommending frameworks, libraries, and tools that align with project requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborating closely with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and deliver effective solutions.
• Partnering with UI/UX teams to implement accessible, user-friendly interfaces that meet design specifications.
• Providing mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers, leading code reviews, and participating in architectural discussions.
• Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to facilitate reliable and automated deployment processes.
• Managing application deployment and operations within cloud environments, ensuring system observability, reliability, and scalability.
• Utilizing AI tools and APIs to enhance application features, validate AI-assisted code, and incorporate AI-powered capabilities when appropriate.
