The Role

• Contribute to the advancement of a design system, including its component library and supporting smaller libraries.

• Develop and refine the architecture of a web client platform to enable efficient high-quality user experience development.

• Ensure the provision of reliable development and testing environments for product teams.

• Maintain code quality through rigorous reviews and comprehensive documentation, especially in an AI-assisted development landscape.

• Proactively engage with teams to identify and address potential issues before they arise.

• Build and disseminate AI resources and skills to empower teams in self-sufficient, high-quality frontend development.

What You'll Need

• Over five years of professional experience as a Frontend Developer, with a proactive, independent, and results-oriented approach.

• Proven experience in building, managing, or evolving component libraries, understanding their unique requirements like versioning, API stability, and release processes.

• Excellent command of JavaScript/TypeScript and foundational knowledge of CSS, layout, and styling, with strong React proficiency.

• Solid understanding of microservice architectures, enabling independent operation and troubleshooting of development and testing environments.

• Comfortable working with AI-assisted tools in all development stages and eager to advance this methodology within the team.

• An enablement mindset, with the ability to patiently explain complex concepts and pragmatically support colleagues with less frontend expertise.

• A curious and collaborative attitude, quick to learn new technologies and share knowledge within the team.

• Commitment to creating clear documentation and changelogs as a standard part of the development process.
