Full-Stack Mobile Developer (React Native Frontend Focus)
At Wasat, we’re building the next generation of ethical investing—making Shariah-compliant wealth management simple, accessible, and automated.
Our product is well into development, and we’re looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer with a strong frontend focus in React Native to help us bring it across the finish line and prepare it for launch. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a product before it reaches its first users.

What You’ll Do
* Develop, maintain, and enhance our cross-platform mobile application using React Native (frontend focus).
* Work across the stack when needed, collaborating with backend systems to ensure seamless end-to-end functionality.
* Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Backend Engineering to deliver intuitive and seamless user experiences.
* Build new features, refine existing ones, and help prepare the application for production release.
* Optimize performance, reliability, and security across both iOS and Android.
* Contribute to architecture decisions, code quality, and engineering best practices. e Looking For rong>red * 4–6 years of professional experience in React Native development (mandatory, frontend-heavy). * Solid full-stack engineering understanding, with ability to work across backend systems when needed. * Experience building and deploying React Native applications to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. * Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and performance optimization. * Experience integrating REST APIs. * Excellent written and spoken English. Nice to Have * Experience building fintech or investment applications. * Familiarity with Python/Django backends. * Knowledge of mobile security best practices. * Experience working in startups or early-stage products.
