About The Role

We are seeking talented Full Stack Software Engineers at both Mid-Level and Senior levels to become key contributors to our dynamic development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining modern web applications that meet the needs of our diverse client base. You will work across the full technology stack, utilizing your expertise in frontend and backend development to create seamless, scalable, and efficient solutions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, influence project architecture, and implement best practices in software development. The ideal candidates will demonstrate a strong understanding of modern web technologies and possess a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in full stack development with a solid understanding of React for frontend development is essential. Candidates should have hands-on experience with backend technologies such as .NET, Python, and/or Go, along with familiarity with RESTful API design, database management, and cloud services. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset are crucial. For senior-level positions, demonstrated leadership experience and the ability to mentor junior team members will be highly valued.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities for this role include designing and implementing user interfaces using React, developing robust backend services with .NET, Python, and/or Go, and integrating these components into cohesive applications. You will be responsible for writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code, conducting code reviews, and ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other developers to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Troubleshooting and resolving software defects, optimizing application performance, and participating in agile development processes are also key aspects of this role. As a senior engineer, you will provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
