📌 What you will do:

• ⚙️ Architecture & Development: Assist the digital technology team in defining, developing, and extending web capabilities and backend solutions.
• 🛠️ Design & Scalability: Design Python-based solutions that deliver efficiency, scalability, and enable new trading activities.
• 🔄 Collaboration & Optimization: Work closely with managers and peers to understand requirements, share coding best practices, and improve documentation.
• 📚 Knowledge Transfer: Conduct application demos, walkthroughs, and documentation to support and uplift team members.

🎯 What we are looking for:

• Experience: 7+ years of proven IT experience with strong hands-on Python expertise.
• Core Tech Stack: Solid experience with FastAPI, Pydantic, PyMongo, Docker, Linux, and Shell Scripting.
• Databases: Hands-on experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
• Software Design: Expert knowledge of OOP (Object-Oriented Programming) and OOD (Object-Oriented Design).
• Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, intellectually challenging environment.

⚡ Nice to have:

• Experience with Azure and Azure CLI.
• Knowledge of MyPy.
• Experience/Knowledge of Angular (HTML, CSS, JavaScript framework).
