Role Description We are seeking a collaborative and results-driven Full Stack Developer to join our team in a hybrid capacity. In this role, you will work across the full software development lifecycle to design, build, and maintain high-performing web applications.

As a core contributor in our agile startup environment, you will work closely with teammates to ensure project success while driving exceptional customer satisfaction. This role requires a self-motivated professional who thrives in a collaborative culture, is comfortable visiting client sites when needed, and brings the flexibility to support high-priority milestones during peak periods (including occasional weekends).

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end web applications that align with client goals.
• Build intuitive user interfaces, develop robust server-side logic, and integrate secure APIs and data sources.
• Interact directly with clients, including performing occasional on-site visits to gather requirements and ensure seamless project delivery.
• Demonstrate flexibility to meet tight deadlines or resolve critical project needs, including working weekends when necessary.
• Ensure all technical solutions are responsive, accessible, optimized, and built to high security standards.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, participate in peer code reviews, and stay current with modern frameworks.

Qualifications

• Front-End Proficiency: Strong skills in HTML, CSS, modern JavaScript, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Back-End Expertise: Demonstrated experience building APIs, managing server-side logic, and handling data persistence.
• Framework Experience: Practical background with modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) and back-end stacks (Node.js, .NET, or similar).
• Database & Tools: Knowledge of relational/NoSQL databases, Git version control, and standard CI/CD deployment pipelines.
• Startup Culture & Service Mindset: Excellent communication, strong team-first collaboration skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.
• Flexibility & Mobility: Ability to work in a hybrid model, travel to client sites as required, and work flexible hours/weekends when critical project milestones demand it.
• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
