FULL STACK AI ENGINEER – AI NATIVE / LLMs / AGENTS

US Remote | Ideally East Coast / Central

Circa $150k USD + Benefits

  • The company

I’m working with a rapidly growing AI technology company that is building and scaling its engineering capability in the US.

Their platform is already being used within the global iGaming and online sports betting industry, helping major operators transform customer experience through conversational AI, LLMs and intelligent automation.

Our client are already working with some of the biggest operators in the industry globally, and the business is now entering another major stage of growth across the US, Europe and Australia.

That means continued investment into the core platform, new AI capabilities, enterprise integrations and a larger engineering team.

We’re interviewing immediately for a Full Stack AI Engineer to join the established nut growing team.

  • What are we looking for?

Yes, you need to be a strong engineer. But more importantly, we want someone who genuinely loves AI. The person who uses Claude, LLMs, agents and new AI tools because they WANT to, not because their job suddenly requires it.

Maybe you’re self-taught in areas of AI. Maybe you’re constantly building side projects, agents or tools. You experiment outside work, follow what’s changing and probably spend too much of your own time seeing what AI can do next.

That genuine curiosity and passion is a massive part of this hire.

  • What you'll be doing

You’ll work across the company's core AI platform, helping build new products and functionality while deploying AI into enterprise customer environments.

This will include:

• Full stack product development across JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js and modern frameworks

• Building APIs, connectors, SDKs and data integrations

• LLM implementation, prompt engineering and model selection

• Building AI agents, workflows and automation

• Developing and improving AI evaluation and quality systems

• Integrating the platform with customer CRMs, ticketing, chat and data environments

• Working closely with Product, Engineering and client-facing teams

• Thinking about architecture, scalability and where the product needs to go next

  • What we're looking for

Strong full stack engineering fundamentals are important, but we're equally interested in how you THINK.

The interview process includes a technical challenge. This isn't about simply getting to the correct answer or using ChatGPT to generate some code.

We want to see your work. How did you approach it? Why did you build it that way? How would you architect it? What would you improve? What did you think about that wasn't even asked?

The engineers who go above and beyond are the ones we're interested in.

We also want some personality. It's a fast-moving AI company with smart, curious people, so communication, collaboration and being someone the team genuinely enjoys working with matter.

Experience within either iGaming, sportsbook, wagering, SaaS, Fintech or high-volume transactional platforms would be a bonus, but genuine AI passion and engineering ability are more important.

US-based. East Coast or Central preferred due to collaboration with the wider international team.

Circa $150k USD.

Interviews are happening straight away.

If you're an engineer who genuinely lives and breathes AI and you're building things outside your day job because you can't help yourself, I'd particularly like to hear from you.
