About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Software Engineer to join our talented team in a remote, full-time capacity. This role involves developing and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services, as well as creating responsive frontend applications using ReactJS. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python backend frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django, and possess a deep understanding of database design and security protocols. Additionally, this position requires expertise in integrating AI and Large Language Model (LLM) powered capabilities into backend systems, including agentic workflows and tool-calling patterns using the Model Context Protocol (MCP). The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end features, ensuring seamless API integrations and data flow, while adhering to best practices for performance, reliability, and security.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in developing backend services using Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django
• Deep understanding of relational databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server, with experience in schema design, indexing, and query optimization
• Strong knowledge of AI/Agentic AI architectures, LLM fundamentals, and MCP (Model Context Protocol)
• Experience with integrating AI and LLM capabilities into backend systems, including agent workflows and tool-calling patterns
• Expertise in designing and implementing secure authentication and authorization frameworks beyond JWT, including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SSO, RBAC, and ABAC
• Hands-on experience with RESTful API design, development, and scaling of backend microservices
• Proficiency in ReactJS, including Hooks, component lifecycle, and state management (Redux or Context API)
• Strong understanding of API versioning, middleware, async patterns, and testing in backend services
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
• Effective communication skills and a proactive approach to project delivery

• Develop responsive frontend applications utilizing ReactJS, focusing on Hooks and state management to support backend-driven features
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django
• Integrate AI and LLM-powered features into backend services, including agentic workflows and tool-calling patterns based on MCP standards
• Apply MCP concepts to connect AI agents with backend services, APIs, and data sources for seamless integration
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on API contract definition, data flow design, and end-to-end feature delivery
• Architect and optimize relational database structures, ensuring high performance, security, and data integrity
• Implement robust authentication and authorization mechanisms, including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and session management
• Design and build RESTful APIs and microservices that are reliable, scalable, and secure
• Conduct code reviews, testing, and deployment activities to ensure high-quality software delivery
• Stay updated with the latest AI/ML advancements and incorporate relevant innovations into projects
