About The Role

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic technology team. This role requires a professional with over one year of experience in full-stack development, possessing strong skills in backend, frontend, database management, API integration, and data engineering. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working within a microservices architecture, developing and maintaining data pipelines, and creating data-driven business applications that enhance operational efficiency. As a key contributor, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement best practices in software development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Proficiency in backend technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, and REST API development.
• Experience with frontend frameworks, especially React and TypeScript.
• Strong knowledge of SQL databases, including MS SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on experience with API integration, including OAuth2, API keys, and error handling.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git, including branching, pull requests, and conflict resolution.
• Understanding of data profiling, data validation, and data pipeline concepts such as ETL/ELT processes.
• Knowledge of Python scripting for automation or ETL tasks is a plus.
• Experience with business intelligence tools like Power BI is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of infrastructure components such as Docker, Windows Server, and CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain industries is a plus but not mandatory.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
• Create and optimize frontend interfaces with React and TypeScript, ensuring seamless user experiences.
• Develop and manage SQL database schemas, queries, and stored procedures to support business applications.
• Integrate third-party APIs and vendor systems securely, implementing OAuth2, API keys, and error handling protocols.
• Participate in the development and maintenance of data pipelines, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and performance.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Implement best practices for version control, code reviews, and continuous integration/deployment.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues across frontend, backend, and data systems.
• Document technical specifications, assumptions, and troubleshooting steps clearly and thoroughly.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate them into existing workflows for continuous improvement.
