ZRG is building ZayOS, an AI-native restaurant operations platform. We're live with paying customers, moving fast, and building the team that scales it. Looking for a software engineer to join early.

**The deal:**

- $800–$1,000/month, 3-month trial period, then we reassess (comp, scope, and full-time track)

- Full-time hours, must overlap with US business hours (EST)

- Remote: Must be Jordan-based

**What you'll do:**

- Ship features on ZayOS (web + backend) alongside our founding engineering team

- Fix real bugs affecting live restaurant customers, not hypothetical ones

- Move fast, communicate async, take ownership of what you build

**Who we want:**

- Strong in [React/Node] or equivalent modern web stack

- Can work independently, no hand-holding required

- Startup mentality: speed, ownership, no ego about doing unglamorous work

- Bonus: experience with SaaS products, payment/ordering systems, or restaurant tech

**Why this role:**

This is a ground-floor seat at a startup with live revenue and a real growth target (50 operators in 6 months). The trial period is a two-way audition, if it's a fit, there's a real path to more comp and more scope, fast.
