What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing web applications for enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Build cloud-native solutions using modern software engineering principles and microservices architecture.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, designers, and engineering teams to deliver innovative business solutions.
• Develop, integrate, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services that support business-critical applications.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security across the software ecosystem.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions that support long-term platform growth.
• Ensure cross-platform compatibility and seamless user experiences across browsers and devices.
• Develop reusable, maintainable, and testable code following software engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions to improve system stability and performance.
• Contribute to Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, code reviews, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Mentor junior engineers and support technical skill development within the team.
• Support continuous integration, deployment, and modernization initiatives to improve engineering efficiency and product quality.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• 5+ years of experience designing and developing highly scalable enterprise-grade applications.
• Strong experience building web applications and distributed systems within cloud-based environments.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or similar cloud technologies.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and cloud-native application design.
• Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs and web services.
• Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or similar frontend technologies.
• Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra, or comparable platforms.
• Strong understanding of data modeling principles and database design.
• Experience developing responsive web applications with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AJAX, and modern web standards.
• Familiarity with performance tuning, scalability optimization, and application monitoring.
• Knowledge of software development best practices, design patterns, and secure coding principles.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities within Agile development teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with enterprise SaaS platforms and large-scale distributed systems.
• Familiarity with containerization and cloud deployment technologies.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of application security, authentication, and authorization frameworks.
• Exposure to modern frontend architecture and component-based development methodologies.
• Experience working in cross-functional Agile/Scrum environments.
• Prior experience mentoring developers and providing technical leadership.
