AgencyAIQ is looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our growing team and help build the future of AI for the insurance industry. You will develop and enhance our web platform, including user accounts, dashboards, APIs, databases, and integrations. You'll work closely with leadership to build new features, improve performance, and create a seamless user experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or Software Engineer
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Next.js, Vue, or Angular
• Experience building REST APIs and backend services using Node.js, Python, or similar technologies
• Strong knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Startup experience is a plus
