Role Description This is a full-time remote Web Developer role. The Web Developer will design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications, working on both front-end interfaces and back-end services as needed. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing new features, optimizing existing functionality, fixing bugs, and ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility. The role involves collaborating with designers, product managers, and other developers to translate requirements into efficient, maintainable code, as well as participating in code reviews and contributing to technical documentation. The Web Developer will also monitor application performance, support deployment processes, and adopt best practices in security, accessibility, and version control.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Web Development and Programming skills, with experience building and maintaining production-ready applications.
• Candidates should possess Front-End Development and Web Design skills, including proficiency with modern HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Candidates should possess Back-End Web Development skills, such as working with server-side languages, APIs, and databases.
• Experience with version control (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web accessibility standards.
• Ability to analyze requirements, estimate tasks, and deliver clean, well-documented code on schedule.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
