About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Developer to join our team at Placed App. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex web applications that support critical healthcare workflows. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create scalable, reliable, and secure solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET technologies, healthcare systems, and data integration, with a passion for delivering high-quality software products. Qualifications

• A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in software development, with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-level applications.
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, VB.NET, MVC, Angular, SQL, and Entity Framework.
• Hands-on experience in developing web applications with a focus on performance, security, and scalability.
• Deep understanding of healthcare systems, including claims processing, member and provider data management, and EDI 837 transactions.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL Server, including query development, stored procedures, and database optimization techniques.
• Practical experience with Microsoft SSIS for data integration and ETL processes.
• Experience working within Agile development environments, supporting sprint planning, execution, and continuous improvement.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to mentor junior team members and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field is preferred.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Design and build complex web applications using modern .NET technologies and related frameworks to meet healthcare industry standards and client requirements.
• Develop and maintain scalable solutions that support healthcare workflows, including claims processing, member and provider data management, and other administrative functions.
• Create and optimize database logic using SQL Server, including writing queries, stored procedures, and performing performance tuning to ensure efficient data operations.
• Develop and manage data integration solutions utilizing Microsoft SSIS, facilitating seamless data flow between systems and ensuring data accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product owners, business analysts, and quality assurance professionals to deliver high-quality, reliable software solutions.
• Lead and support Agile development practices, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Mentor junior developers by providing technical guidance, code reviews, and best practices to uphold coding standards and enhance team capabilities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative technical solutions to enhance system performance and reliability.
• Conduct technical evaluations and performance analyses to optimize system components and troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with business goals and compliance requirements.
• Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing sessions, and documentation efforts to promote team learning and maintain high standards of software quality.
• Ensure all software development activities adhere to security protocols, industry standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.
