Overview
We are hiring experienced Full Stack Developers to join a large-scale digital transformation initiative focused on building modern, user-centric applications and improving public-facing digital services.
You will work in cross-functional Agile teams alongside Product Owners, UX Designers, Business Analysts, QA Engineers, and other Software Developers to design, develop, test, and deploy scalable enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications.
- Participate in technical discovery, solution design, and architecture discussions.
- Develop scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.
- Build responsive front-end applications and robust backend services.
- Collaborate with UX designers to deliver intuitive user experiences.
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.
- Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code.
- Participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices.
- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.
- Support application deployments and production releases.
- Work closely with Agile teams during sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups.
- Help modernize legacy applications using modern technologies and engineering practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of Full Stack Software Development experience.
- 5+ years of experience using Git or other source control systems.
- 3+ years of experience developing production-grade web applications.
- 3+ years of experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
- 3+ years of experience with automated unit testing and integration testing.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.
- Experience building secure, scalable, and maintainable enterprise applications.
