Overview

We are hiring experienced Full Stack Developers to join a large-scale digital transformation initiative focused on building modern, user-centric applications and improving public-facing digital services.

You will work in cross-functional Agile teams alongside Product Owners, UX Designers, Business Analysts, QA Engineers, and other Software Developers to design, develop, test, and deploy scalable enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications.
• Participate in technical discovery, solution design, and architecture discussions.
• Develop scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.
• Build responsive front-end applications and robust backend services.
• Collaborate with UX designers to deliver intuitive user experiences.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.
• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices.
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.
• Support application deployments and production releases.
• Work closely with Agile teams during sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups.
• Help modernize legacy applications using modern technologies and engineering practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of Full Stack Software Development experience.
• 5+ years of experience using Git or other source control systems.
• 3+ years of experience developing production-grade web applications.
• 3+ years of experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• 3+ years of experience with automated unit testing and integration testing.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.
• Experience building secure, scalable, and maintainable enterprise applications.
