Summary

Remote Crew is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join a cutting-edge team building a private event ticketing and experience booking platform. You will own consumer-facing ticketing features end-to-end — from event discovery and seat selection through cart, checkout, and ticket issuance. This means React + TypeScript on the front end, Laravel/PHP services on the back end, and REST APIs connecting them. This is an opportunity to work on some of the most exciting products being launched in the Middle East, serving some of the largest mega events in the Kingdom, while fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.

Salary: €55k-€65k/year

What You'll Do

• Own features end-to-end across the full stack: event discovery, seat selection, cart, checkout, payment, ticket issuance.
• Build and maintain high-risk paths — payments, coupons, wallets, rewards, seat holds, OTP/auth — with the testing, security, and error-handling rigour they require.
• Build React + TypeScript front ends with server-state management.
• Design and develop Laravel/PHP services and RESTful APIs consumed across the platform.
• Architect schemas, caching, and performance strategies across SQL and NoSQL (MongoDB).
• Contribute to shared domain libraries (ticketing, payments, auth) that are consumed platform-wide.
• Ship white-label ticketing sites for sports clubs, motorsport partners, and venues from shared templates.
• Improve reliability, observability, and performance; mentor junior/mid-level engineers.

What We're Looking For

• Real experience with high-risk flows: checkout, payment processing, cart management, authentication,or OTP.
• 7+ years of production web engineering with substantial hands-on experience on both front-end and back-end.
• Strong PHP / Laravel: REST API design, security, design patterns, and best practices.
• Front-end experience - ReactJS.
• SQL and/or NoSQL schema design and data-flow understanding at volume; MongoDB hands-on experience is a strong plus.
• High-signal testing mindset on critical flows — checkout, cart, and authentication.
• Clean Git/PR habits and experience working in Agile/Scrum teams with POs and Delivery Leads.
• Solid experience documenting software solutions using diagrams and flowcharts.
• Ability to see the big picture while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong multitasking, organization, and time management skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills—fluent in English.
