SKILLS REQUIRED

Mandatory Skills:

1. 7+ years of hands-on experience in React.js development with strong expertise in Hooks, Context API, and Functional Components.
2. Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 for building responsive web applications.
3. Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, MobX, or Recoil.
4. Hands-on experience with modern styling frameworks like Tailwind CSS, Styled Components, Sass, or Less.
5. Experience using build tools such as Webpack, Vite, Babel, NPM, and Yarn.
6. Knowledge of unit testing using Jest or React Testing Library, along with Git/GitFlow version control.
7. Experience with Next.js (preferred), REST API integration, performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility.
8. Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, Web Accessibility (WCAG), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment platforms like AWS, Vercel, or Netlify.
