About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer who can work across product development, architecture, cloud infrastructure, data, and technical strategy. You’ll help translate business strategy into long-term technical direction while remaining close to the design, development, and support of products and platform services.

The role involves working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, mentoring engineers through complex technical challenges, and using application and data insights to improve systems, customer experiences, and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business strategy and operating models into long-term technical product strategy using gap analysis and forward-looking architectural thinking

• Ensure product and platform technical capabilities remain aligned with evolving business needs and goals

• Communicate goals, metrics, and value propositions clearly across the Engineering organization

• Drive the design, development, and support of new and existing products

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders throughout product development and technical delivery

• Mentor and support team members working through complex use cases and system design challenges

• Lead technical change and transformation across engineering initiatives

• Deep-dive into applications and data stores to identify meaningful technical and operational insights

• Use profiling, tracing, and operational intelligence to understand system behavior

• Develop customer experience visualizations and proactive trend analyses

• Evaluate complex SQL, including query performance and underlying data structures

• Contribute to building and launching new products from concept through market delivery

• Apply sound technical judgment to solve the right problems at the right time and in the right way

Required Qualifications

• 5–10 years of solid experience in engineering, product, or technical delivery, with depth of experience valued over years alone

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• Experience working across several of the following technologies: JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Express, React, React Native, Expo, Vue, Vite, CSS, Redis, and Docker

• Solid experience with APIs and cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS

• Experience with SOA and SaaS architecture

• Understanding of messaging systems and stream processing

• Experience working with SQL data stores

• Ability to read, evaluate, and reason about complex SQL

• Experience with SQL query optimization and data structure analysis

• Familiarity with containerization and scaling SaaS platform services

• Working knowledge of functional programming principles and software analysis techniques

• Experience building and launching new products from concept to market

• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code for workflows including code review, technical planning, and implementation scaffolding

• Ability to maintain ownership and accountability for code quality and correctness when using AI-assisted development tools

• Strong problem-solving and technical judgment

• Ability to give and receive feedback and demonstrate continued growth in engineering practice

Work Arrangement & Compensation

• 100% remote

• Full-time position

• $170,000–$200,000 base compensation

• 10% bonus
