We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Mid to Senior Web Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be involved in building, maintaining, and optimizing websites and web applications. Experience with leading and working with front-end and back-end technologies, UAT and deployment processes. Responsibilities

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while setting coding standards.
• Develop, test and implement a clean, reusable and efficient software/web application.
• Work with project managers or stakeholders to ensure delivery of the software project.
• Maintain existing customers software/web applications. Support customer software enhancement or bug fixes
• Conduct peer code reviews, provide constructive feedback, enforce best practices and ensure high code quality.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analyst, Designers, and other stakeholders on project requirements gathering.
• Identify technical risks early and propose mitigation strategies.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose adoption when relevant.
• Prepare technical documentation for software applications.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior developers.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Provide code reviews and constructive feedback.
• Help team members improve their technical skills

Profile

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Intermediate to Senior level with 3 years and above experiences in Software Development.
• Hands-on experience with relevant languages and frameworks such as PHP/Laravel, .NET, C#, Nodejs, Angular, VueJs, MySQL.
• Proficiency in database design (SQL and/or NoSQL).
• Understanding of system design, data structures, algorithms, and architecture patterns (e.g., microservices, event-driven).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP is a plus.
• Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
• Involve in software releases and deployment processes.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and version control (Git) is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making ability.
• Communication and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge with various programming concepts or technologies such as REST API, Microservices Architecture, Git Flow, MySQL Database, Cloud Infrastructures (AWS/GCP) is a plus
• Able to work independently to solve technical problems as well as work and communicate effectively as a team.
• Ability to communicate in a clear and understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders.
