Position: Full Stack Developer

Location: Alimos, Athens (on-site)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team on-site in Alimos. 

You will be building and enhancing web applications using React.js, Node.js, and Microsoft SQL Server, and helping us grow our backend, API layers, and integration into our logistics and AI/LLM-driven platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain front-end applications using React.js.
• Build and maintain backend services/APIs using Node.js.
• Design and manage relational databases (Microsoft SQL Server).
• Implement, document and consume RESTful APIs to enable integration with internal and external systems.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver features end-to-end.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration.
• Maintain code quality, follow best practices and ensure security, scalability and performance.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of professional full stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in React.js (including state management, hooks, component design).
• Solid experience with Node.js for backend development.
• Good experience working with Microsoft SQL Server: designing schemas, writing efficient queries/stored-procedures, tuning performance.
• Good understanding of API design / REST principles.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Comfortable working in an on-site environment in Alimos, Athens.

Nice to Have (but not strictly required):

• Knowledge of Redux.
• Knowledge of Prisma ORM.
• Experience in a Linux environment (server setup, shell scripting, deployment).
• Familiarity with cloud services (especially Microsoft Azure) — e.g., deploying services, containers, serverless, etc.
• Exposure to AI / LLM technologies (for example: Ollama or other large language-model frameworks) and integrating them into applications.
• Previous work in logistics/transportation or maritime domains.
