该职位来源于猎聘 Job Purpose: To support the company’s digital transformation initiative, undertake front-end and back-end development, system operation and maintenance, and technical optimization tasks. Combine technical capabilities with business needs to provide effective technical support, promote the smooth progress of digital transformation projects, and improve the company’s digital operation efficiency and technical level.

Responsibilities

• Independently complete front-end and back-end development tasks using data programming languages, ensuring the stability, efficiency and security of the developed functions.
• Responsible for the operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of mainstream operating systems, ensuring the normal operation of the company’s IT infrastructure.
• Design, optimize and manage mainstream databases, formulate reasonable database operation and maintenance plans, and ensure data security and data access efficiency.
• Carry out containerization deployment, maintenance and management of applications using Docker technology, improve deployment efficiency and system scalability.
• Participate in the whole process of the software development lifecycle, including demand analysis, code development, testing, deployment and maintenance, and complete relevant technical documents.
• With project management experience, assist in promoting the progress of digital transformation projects, coordinate relevant resources, and ensure the project is completed on schedule and with quality.
• Combine business needs, put forward reasonable technical optimization suggestions, and promote the integration of technology and business.
• Cooperate with cross-departmental teams to complete digital transformation-related tasks and maintain good communication and collaboration.
  
  

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or related majors (relevant work experience can be appropriately relaxed).
• Technical Skills: Full-stack engineer with solid technical foundation; proficient in data programming languages; familiar with multiple mainstream operating systems; skilled in using mainstream databases; master Docker deployment technology.
• Work Experience: Having project manager experience is preferred; relevant work experience in digital technology or related fields is an added advantage.
• Business Awareness: Have a good sense of business, be able to understand business needs, and combine technical capabilities to provide targeted technical support.
• Personal Qualities: Strong sense of responsibility, good communication and collaboration skills, ability to work independently, and quick adaptability to new technologies and work environments; have good programming habits and document writing capabilities.
