Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Frontend Developer. The Frontend Developer will build and maintain user-facing features for FormRoyale’s web application, focusing on intuitive interfaces and smooth user experiences. Day-to-day tasks include implementing responsive layouts, collaborating with product and design to refine UI/UX, and integrating frontend components with backend APIs. The role also involves optimizing performance, ensuring accessibility, writing clean, maintainable code, and participating in code reviews. The Frontend Developer will work closely with a distributed team, contributing to feature planning and continuous improvement of the product.

Qualifications

• Strong Front-End Development and Responsive Web Design skills for building modern, accessible user interfaces.
• Solid Web Development and Software Development skills for implementing features, maintaining code quality, and collaborating on system architecture.
• Familiarity with Back-End Web Development concepts to work effectively with APIs and data integrations.
• Proficiency with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or similar) and core web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience with version control (Git), collaborative development workflows, and remote team communication tools.
• Ability to translate product and design requirements into reliable, testable code and solve problems independently.
• Interest in employee experience, organizational culture, or HR tech is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience is beneficial but not required.
