Role Description

The Frontend / Backend Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications by building both user-facing interfaces and server-side systems. This role ensures seamless integration between frontend and backend components to deliver secure, high-performance, and user-friendly digital products.

Key responsibilities include developing responsive frontend applications with intuitive user experiences and building backend services, APIs, and databases that support application functionality, data processing, and system integration. The role translates business requirements into technical solutions and writes clean, maintainable, and efficient code across the full stack.

The position participates in system architecture design, code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance optimization. It ensures applications are secure, scalable, and reliable while following best practices in software engineering and development standards.

In addition, the role integrates third-party services, manages data flow between systems, and supports deployment, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance of applications. It contributes to improving development efficiency through automation, reusable components, documentation, and continuous integration practices.

The role collaborates closely with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions aligned with business and user needs.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of frontend and backend development principles, web application architecture, and software engineering fundamentals. Ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable systems.

Proficiency in programming languages used for frontend and backend development, RESTful APIs, databases, and version control systems. Familiarity with modern frameworks, cloud platforms, and CI/CD practices is advantageous.

Knowledge of system design, data modeling, authentication, authorization, application security, and performance optimization.

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex systems and improve application performance.

Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and testing practices.

Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional environments and deliver reliable, high-quality software.
