Web Engineer (Crypto Trading Portal)

Role Overview

wAs our Web Engineer, you will be the driving force behind the development and optimization of our next-generation Web Portal, designed for high-frequency, secure, and intuitive cryptocurrency trading. This role requires an engineer who thrives at the intersection of slick user experiences and highly secure, complex financial transactional flows

.You will play a critical role in building a responsive, high-performance web application that handles real-time data feeds, complex charting, and secure order execution. Your mission is to deliver a seamless, ironclad frontend infrastructure that builds institutional-grade trust with our clients

Core Responsibilities

• Next-Gen UI Development: Architect, build, and maintain high-performance, modular, and responsive web components using React for our core trading platform
• Secure Authentication Integration: Implement and manage robust user authentication, multi-factor authorization, and session management using AWS Cognito within our AWS ecosystem
• Real-Time Data Streaming: Integrate and optimize WebSockets and high-throughput REST APIs to handle live ticker data, order books, and rapid state changes seamless
• State Management & Performance: Maintain highly optimized frontend application state to ensure zero-lag rendering of data-heavy trading dashboards and complex chart
• Security & Compliance Guardrails: Collaborate closely with the security team to implement best practices for frontend security, protecting against XSS, CSRF, and ensuring secure API key handling

Technical Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of dedicated professional experience in frontend web development, with a deep focus on building complex dashboard or transactional applications
• React Expertise (Must-Have): Advanced proficiency in React, including modern state management (e.g., Redux Toolkit, Context API, or Zustand) and hooks
• AWS Cloud Stack: Direct, hands-on experience integrating application frontends with the AWS ecosystem, specifically managing user pools and identity pools via AWS Cognito
• Modern Web Tooling: Strong command of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3/TailwindCSS, and build tools like Vite or Webpack
• API Integration: Proven experience consuming high-throughput RESTful APIs and managing persistent connections via WebSockets
• Crypto Knowledge (Plus): Prior experience with digital asset exchanges, trading platforms, cryptographic keys, or order execution lifecycles is highly preferred

Soft Skills & Experience

• Analytical Mindset: An exceptional ability to debug complex asynchronous state issues and trace performance bottlenecks across the rendering lifecycle
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong communicative skills to pair directly with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and security teams
• Language: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly valued
